Samos
May to October
Our fantastic resort team curate a weekly schedule of activities that provide plenty of opportunities to come together so you never need to be alone – unless you want to be! From the large dining tables at breakfast and dinner, to times of shared ministry at the hotel, there are key moments of fellowship for everyone to come together.
Whether you’re looking for a relaxing break or an active holiday, Samos has something for everyone! We’re based at the family-run Zefiros Beach Hotel, which is right on the beachfront in the peaceful Mykali Bay, where our RYA Watersports Centre is open every week of the season.
With led bike rides, local walks, a free minibus shuttle to nearby towns, quizzes, and optional excursions, there is so much to enjoy together as part of God’s family!
If you’re looking for a time with other solo travellers, we recommend coming in May/June or September/October. The majority of guests are in the 55+ age group during this time and it’s a bit less busy than high season, with a mix of solo travellers, couples and friends.
We also have some optional programmes running on some dates, which can be a great way to meet like-minded people and supplement your holiday plans.
We have our 20s and 30s programmes running at the end of June/early July – although all are welcome, the activities and excursions on offer will be tailored more to this age group. These weeks provide fantastic opportunities to meet new friends of a similar age if you’re travelling solo!
Let us take care of the travel by booking an ATOL-protected package for you, including direct flights from the UK and airport transfers in Samos, you’ll be greeted with a friendly smile as soon as you arrive!
Madeira

Known as the Island of Eternal Spring, our holidays to Madeira offer a curated itinerary with opportunities to explore the island on foot as part of led excursions with a trusted local tour company, visit the famous botanical gardens, soak up the culture with visits to Art galleries, museums, wineries and more!
These holidays are for over-18s only, and are particularly popular with solo travellers and couples, typically (but not exclusively) in the 55+ age bracket.
The Castanheiro Boutique Hotel offers fantastic food, outstanding accommodation and luxurious spa facilities, this is a real opportunity to treat yourself!
Chalet Des Neiges
December to April
Chalet des Neiges is ideally located at 2,000m altitude in Reberty Village, just above Les Menuires in the Three Valleys ski resort.
Our friendly team of hosts provide a warm welcome, from operating our Richmond exclusive transfer service, organising your ski extras, to incredible home-cooked meals each day and making sure the chalet is clean and comfortable, and you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday!
Our dining room is set up with large tables providing key moments of fellowship throughout the day – from poring over piste maps at breakfast to plan your day to sharing stories from adventures across the Three Valleys at the end of the day.
Outside of February half term, you’re likely to find solo travellers on any week of the season. We have an exclusive week for 20s and 30s in January, but everyone is welcome any time outside of this, and similar to our Samos holidays, we have lots of guests aged 55+ and guests continue to ski well into their 70s, enjoying their discounted lift pass for those aged 75+!
