Making a booking is easy. All you need to do is phone or email one of our helpful and friendly Holiday Consultants who will talk you through the following steps to booking your Richmond Holiday.

Choose your resort or call us if you need a little help deciding which holiday is right for you.
Reserve your accommodation with us - we can provisionally reserve a room for you at no charge for three working days whilst you then check out your travel options.
Book your flights. If you are going to Samos or Israel, we can do this for you (subject to availability), so you can miss this step out! Otherwise, details of how to travel can be found on our Getting There resort pages. For more help with searching for and booking flights, please call our dedicated Travel Counsellor, Kathryn Ketchen, on 01896 888330.
Confirm your booking with us and tell us all your flight details. We’ll then talk you through the booking process and make sure you are happy with everything.
Pay your deposit of £100 per person. For a package holiday (including flights and transfers), please pay a deposit of £200 per person. If you book within 10 weeks of departure, full payment should be made at the time of making the booking. We can take credit card (except American Express) and debit card payments over the phone, or you can make an online bank transfer payment (our bank details will be on your quote).
Balance payments are to be made 10 weeks before your holiday, and we can add any extras (such as ski lift passes or transfers) to your booking up to 3 weeks before departure. A month before you go, we will send you a Welcome Letter to help you prepare for your holiday.
100% Financial Security
On every holiday booking with Richmond you will receive cover from the Travel Trust Association which means your holiday is 100% secure until you return from your holiday under the TTA Membership Scheme. This is at no extra charge to you.
