Just returned from a Richmond ski holiday at Chalet des Neiges in Reberty. I can't praise it highly enough. The Chalet is in a good position on the slopes. The staff were excellent. The evening games were enjoyed by both participants and spectators.

Just had the best holiday in Reberty, The chalet is so well positioned to ski in/out, the lounge with fabulous views and tea/coffee when you don't want to ski all day. The staff being helpful, making everything effortless, even heating your ski boots when they are hard to get on!! Long may Richmond operate in the three valleys 😊

We were the first guests of 2023/24 and the Richmond team at Chalet des Neiges have been absolutely brilliant. All staff led by David and Phi were professional but also relaxed and super friendly. Food from cooked breakfasts to fuel up for the day, afternoon tea, canopies and dinners has been brilliant thanks to Phoebe and Nat in the kitchen. The evening entertainment was a hilarious way to end the day.Great relaxed atmosphere in the lovely chalet all week. Thanks to the whole staff team for making it such a great week and even organising fresh snow and sun for the last day. Have a great season.
Just had the most amazing week at Chalet Des Neiges! Staff were amazing, very helpful and looked after our needs. Room was lovely with a stunning view each morning … except on the cloudy day!! 🤭 Hot tub was a bonus after a day on the slopes 🤗Thank you all at Richmond for a great week!!
We have now been on 7 Richmond holidays and will continue to go on many more. Their attention to detail is always excellent and they go the extra mile to ensure that everyone has a fantastic holiday.The food is always fabulous and there are a range of excursions available for all interests and abilities.The ministry time is optional but is a perfect way to the end the day and the fellowship with other Christians is wonderful - we have always made new friends to stay in touch with afterwards.Richmond holidays are ideal for couples, families, older people and single people because everything is taken care of and you feel safe and cared for throughout.I can't recommend them more highly.

Another summer holiday completed in Samos with Richmond Holidays. What a great family holiday with people who to enjoy great fellowship with on and off the water or bicycle!!! All of us came home with passing a sailing or windsurfing course.Obviously we booked again for next year before left the resort.
We have had the most wonderful time! Two weeks of sunshine, sailing, windsurfing, fellowship, cycling…. And already booked for next year!A huge thank you to the fantastic Richmond 2023 team!!

We loved our holiday in Samos earlier this year so much we’re coming back in September! The whole Richmond team were so lovely and the other guests were very friendly. 10/10 would recommend going out with James from the waterfront team on a joy ride on a Cat! The excursions were fun and there were so many of them. Bethany and Bekky in the office were so helpful when we booked our second holiday with Richmond.
Utterly brilliant! I knew the trip would be good from what i’d heard, but hadn’t anticipated how significant the experience would be. Going on my own meant being slightly out of comfort zone, but so was everyone else and that made for a really strong & inclusive community vibe. Richmond staff were on point, hotel was decent, activities were great fun and pool/sea/sun combo never fails. Would recommend to anyone who’s on their own (or part of a family) and wants to have a lovely time, make friends and come back renewed. Keep up the excellent work! 🙌
Great holiday, so relaxing but also quite active. Staff and other guests were lovely. Staff really made you feel included and welcome. I feel completely refreshed and ready to go back to work!
Loved my holiday with Richmond. Would highly recommend it for someone who was travelling alone, as I was. I felt included and everyone was very friendly, both staff and other travellers. Was a full and packed week with loads of great water activities and quieter creative tutorials and sessions. Met some great people!
I just spent two weeks with Richmond Holidays in Samos. And of course, loved all the sun and warmth of the people and the weather. Even if don't know anyone going the weeks you are there, you will make new friends quickly. I saw about nine people I'd met on previous Richmond Holidays in Samos. I keep telling my friends about it too! Maybe one day they will go with me.
We have just been as a family of four (2 adults and 2 small children) to Richmond's ski chalet. We have had a fantastic time! The chalet's location is incredible, you couldn't be any closer to the slopes. The staff were lovely and always helpful - not to mention super fun with the kids, going along with their games, providing extra entertainment and making us all feel very welcomed. To top it all up, the ministry sessions were insightful and make a great holiday even better!
We had an amazing skiing holiday with Richmond at Les Menuires. The team who looked after us were excellent - fantastic food, the hot tubs and saunas were ideal after a day skiing and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t rate them highly enough.
A wonderful week - well done to Dan Lexi Susie, Susannah, Noah and the other lovely person whose name escapes me for all your hard work in the chalet in Les Menuires Reberty 3 Vallées! And to all the great team in the office back in the UK - a wonderful holiday - lovely food, lovely people, great fun esp the hot tubs, and the presence of Jesus permeating the place. Fantastic holiday! My first time with Richmond and they were simply fantastic. Attentive, professional, skilled, friendly, personable and very well organised.All activities were well organised, and I felt very safe at all times.Met some amazing people.The Christian input was brilliant with freedom to join in, and no pressure if not. This holiday would suit anyone, whether they are Chritian or not. It is ideal for people who are on their own to be able to have a safe and enjoyable holiday adventure, with other friendly people.
Our whole family had a great time here. The location is stunning and the range of activities meant there was always something for everybody. But the stand out feature are the team who make it all work so seamlessly. We were blessed! Than you!

An absolutely wonderful holiday! I’m trying to work out why… I think it’s a combination of the ease of getting out in the water (the staff get the boats / windsurfs ready and you literally just sail off without any hassle!) combined with a lovely pool / sun lounger area; really good company (getting to know other guests and being able to share and talk at a deeper level) and a great choice of other activities (go karting; outdoor cinema) And then on top of that having spiritual ministry times - I feel my body mind and soul have been fully refreshed!The staff team have been exceptionally friendly and welcoming - they went out of their way to ensure our holiday was as good as possible..I joined others going on early morning cycle rides (best time to do activity in August in Greece - too hot otherwise unless in the water!) and I felt quite virtuous arriving back for breakfast having done some fitness…And on top of all that our 19 yr old has bonded with some other youth and is v keen that we come back next year..We will be back - thank you Richmond for a great week!
I had a fantastic holiday with friendly staff at a fantastic hotel. I learnt to sail and will definitely be returning. It was a perfect holiday for me since I was a sole traveller but met plenty of people there and had great chances to enjoy a range of water-sports. I would highly recommend. 😁 ⛵️
INCREDIBLE! I visited Samos and had the best 2 weeks. The Richmond staff are AMAZING! They were always smiling, always happy to help. Super patient and kind. They really want to give you the best experience ever. From beginning with the booking of the holiday to the end of the experience Richmond Holidays deserve far more than 5 stars.

My first holiday since the loss of my wife. I was quite apprehensive but I needn't have been. I stayed for 2 weeks and it was wonderful. As many or as few activities as you like but with no pressure.This was truly a Christian holiday: kindness and a loving spirit were very evident.Finally, I must mention the young Richmond staff: absolutely outstanding in every way
We’ve just finished a wonderful week in Samos. Richmond has a great team looking after you while you are there. We loved the sailing, cycling, windsurfing, kayaking and paddle boarding but a particular highlight is sailing on the catamaran across the fabulous waters off Samos. The hotel is so friendly and we enjoyed the buffet style food. A lovely group of guests and staff meant great dinner conversations with lots of laughter. Can’t wait to go back!!
Great holiday in a lovely location. Plenty of opportunity to enjoy watersports and much more. Richmond staff were lovely, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
What a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing place. The Zephiros is smart and clean and calm, staff are very helpful. The best thing is the wonderful Richmond Team led by Lizzie - they are an energised, spirit filled team, who bring loving kindness to all engagements with them. Whether on the waterfront, out cycling or on excursions - it is a blessing to spend time in their company - thank you all.

Richmond Holidays are able to do more than you dare ask or imagine. The love demonstrated from the moment we met the team was overwhelming and permeated the entire holiday. Their youthful energy and desire to bless us was an unexpected joy . This was the best holiday we have ever had. Activities, rest, fellowship and Jesus' presence in the most idyllic sun drenched setting- what more could we ask for?
Our first visit to Samos with Richmond was excellent. The resort team that Richmond have assembled is amazing, every one incredibly helpful, skilful, cheerful and friendly. Opportunities for water sports, cycling, walking and exploring are more than can be exploited even in two weeks and the underpinning Christian ethic and ministry help to create a wonderful and easy ambience and fellowship which enables guests to meet and bond quickly and seamlessly. Very highly recommended.
It has been the longest wait for this holiday, with everything over the last few years, but it has been so worth it! I can’t think of a box it has not ticked for me.There are so many activities on offer that I had to book two weeks to be able to do everything I wanted to do; sailing, stand up paddle boarding, bike rides, go karting, village visits, Captains BBQ, farm/culinary experience in the mountains (so special) and saying I saw the new top gun in a Greek open air cinema just adds to it. All of this and there was still time to relax by the pool and beach! With the amazing fellowship with guests and staff over the two weeks I am back at work with a spring in my step and working out if I can make my next visit in two months time rather than two years! Thankyou Richmond!
This company provide a rest. I mean a real rest. A rest for the soul. A rest for the body - in the hot tub. Not for me though as it's ski, ski, ski! Followed by a sauna and a first class 3 course meal. When can I go next?

Outstanding holiday experience; friendly, relaxed and fun staff on hand to make the time what you need it to be. Something for everyone and I thoroughly enjoyed myself as a solo traveller - made friends with lots of guests in an atmosphere of safety and joy, and enjoyed every activity on offer, including the ministry opportunities. Next time I’ll be booking for longer!
This holiday was both restful and exciting. The times of reflection are relaxing, as was the delightful setting. The sailing can be very exciting when the wind is up and the catamarans are out. It seems that every week i go there is new community forms amongst the guests and often i find that i stay in touch even when the holiday is over. Returning guests seem to be a feature of Richmond holidays. The hotel staff are very welcoming and the Richmond staff never fail to go above and beyond to ensure that the holiday is enjoyable.
Friendly, helpful staff team. Very caring. A great location, fabulous weather and lots to do. Easy to make friends with other guests too, it felt like one big, happy family! Highly recommended.
I absolutely LOVED the week I spent with Richmond. I couldn't fault it. And, I would 100% return EXCEPT SADLY for the price. I simply cannot justify to myself spending TWICE what I would spend on a package holiday (especially given the quite basic rooms provided). The fellowship, team and activities were genuinely excellent but not worth double the price of a holiday. I would usually budget around £600, but this holiday including flight, for a basic room, was almost double at £1,100 (there were also extra charges for day trips on top). Fantastic but too pricey.
The Richmond team was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I had a thoroughly enjoyable time. James and Melanie Bright were an inspiration as leaders of the spiritual aspect of the holiday. Samos was idyllic.
I have had a couple of holidays with Richmond; a summer break in Samos and skiing. The locations were great, the staff fantastic and I came away from both feeling relaxed and having really enjoyed them. I would definitely recommend.
Great holiday with Richmond in Samos - a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Apart from sleeping in the sun and swimming in the crystal clear sea, I went sailing, kayaking, early morning paddle boarding and out on a jeep trip to explore the island - green, mountainous, waterfalls, monasteries and village tavernas.The Richmond staff are amazing - friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They made the whole holiday so straightforward - despite the extra testing, form filling etc.My favourite moments? The open air cinema in a beautiful walled garden one evening, the Sunday service on the terrace overlooking sea and mountains -and the great company.Highly recommended!!!
A unique formula! In no particular order, the main ingredients are:water sports, cycling, chilling, guaranteed sunshine ☀️, friendship, worship, fantastic /able youngsters, great outings. Oh! And fab cocktails on the terrace! A great holiday. Have been going for over 10 years and still haven’t done all I want to do, booked to return next year.
Had a brilliant time on a Richmond Holiday this year. Loved getting involved with all the water sports and that you could use a bike at any time. All the staff were incredible, really helpful and super encouraging. Loved the personal touches of being contacted before the holiday and that seemingly everyone knew our names when we were there too. Brilliant to be in a relaxing place with other Christians and felt super well looked after. Highly recommend.
What an incredible time. Such a friendly and relaxing time! A lovely group of people. You can come on your own and find community or come with someone else and do your own thing. A huge range of water sports to do and great optional excursion day out to really experience more of the local culture and experiences. An incredibly trustworthy holiday company who make sure you’re sorted from transport from the hotel to every detail along the way.

I’m not being too bold to say that this Richmond holiday to Samos 2021 has been the best holiday of my life. I had never been on holiday with Richmond before. I was booked for 2 weeks at the beginning of July. Once I got there I loved it so much that I extended my holiday, and then extended it again. I have just finished a 5 week holiday! With the global travel uncertainty with covid I was unsure how this would impact the holiday. But leading up to the holiday and for all the time I was there the staff (both office and resort) were so helpful and reassuring. They went above and beyond to assist with any admin. Not only are they helpful but a joy to communicate with. I was also confident whilst in Samos as all activities were covid safe.The staff team live out Gods love, joy, heart for adventure and service so beautifully. I felt I really got to know team and guests really well. I was travelling alone but made so many good friends. I found it really easy to mix with others even though I was travelling alone, the staff and guests are so inclusive. Eating together has also been a joy: whether just getting to know people, meaningful or spiritual conversations, or laughing so hard you can’t breathe.The fellowship of being around other Christians (both team and guests) has been precious.The encouragement, the ministry and the prayer times have been really spiritually enriching and restorative. It’s been a joy to see and share in what God is doing here in this place and with these people over my holiday. A few ministry highlights were sharing communion, testimonies, worship on the terrace, and spontaneous prayer moments including on paddle boards at sunrise. When you speak with someone and they say those precious words ‘can I pray with you?’, that is so great.Where can I even start with the activities? They have been so fun. I came with a notion that I wanted to learn a new skill - probably sailing. If I’m honest I was a little afraid of deep water, but one week in and I was already enjoying getting out in a single handed dingy. The instruction from the team and the confident assurance that I had in safety on the water with the competent team around (always ready for rescue) made it easy for me to dare to learn and I did. I did level 1 and 2 sailing, start windsurfing in lessons and had plenty of time to practice outside lesson time: the weekly regatta really is something to be remembered! You’ll have to come to discover it! The team have maintained energy, enthusiasm and grace throughout my (long) holiday, from the first day water front with a hilarious obstacle course to them running with the taxi to wave goodbye.Other highlights were group cycle rides to beautiful bays, mountain bikes to a sea jump spot, being taught how to race dive by one of the young people and pebble painting on the terrace with kids and adults. For those preferring a more retreat or physically resting holiday there is all the choice and variety of activity or no activity to make the holiday what you want: trips to beautiful bays, leisurely lunches and mountain villages.I travelled alone but together on this holiday it feels like family. I have a lot of amazing memories from my time Samos, I am already planning my next trip. I could not recommend Richmond Holidays more strongly!
What a brilliant holiday. It was the perfect combination of family fun, activities and refreshment. The team are brilliant really go the extra mile. The whole family loved it.So much activities enjoyed and we still feel rested. Probably the best windsurfing my son and I have ever enjoyed too…blasted every afternoon!
Over the years we've had many skiing holidays with Richmond and if we weren't satisfied we wouldn't keep going back. We booked a skiing trip for 10 of us over Christmas 2020 which had to be cancelled due to covid and we received our deposit back without asking. With all our dealings with the company we have been very impressed with their Christian ethos. The accommodation isn't luxurious but it's homely and comfortable, the food has always been good, and service is always with a smile. We will be booking again.
